Itinerary
DAY 1: HOIAN
ARRIVAL
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon touchdown at Da Nang International Airport you will be met right at the airplane's arrival gate by friendly Fast Track Service staff. You will be whisked through immigration via the diplomatic lane, have your luggage retrieved and carried, and be delivered to your private Hoi An host waiting for you in the arrivals hall. A transfer vehicle will be ready to take you to your hotel.
A lovely, culturally-endowed town, Hoi An is one of the most picturesque places in Vietnam. We can't wait to show you its many charms!
Note: The drive from Da Nang International Airport to Hoi An is around one hour.
DAY 2: HOIAN
INTIMATE HOI AN
Duration: 6 hours
Explore Hoi An Old Town in the morning to beat the crowd by foot and cyclo (Hoi An's Old Town is around 20 minutes drive from Four Seasons Nam Hai) - explore the museums and temples and learn the history of Hoi An, or called Faifo back in the day. After Old Town City Exploration, we will head back to the hotel for you to rest and get ready for our afternoon adventure.
In the early afternoon, a squad of sidecars will be in position when you step out of Four Seasons, ready to take you gliding through the beautiful countryside. After a thrill ride, we will stop at Thanh Dong - a charming organic farm nourished by 10 local families that has supported their lives for generations. Join them for a walk around the garden as they share their incredible journey of transitioning from traditional cultivating techniques to the life-changing organic way. Be ready to roll up your sleeves at any time as you go on a farming quest, caring for, cultivating, and harvesting the wonderful greens in the garden. As the sun bathes this land in gold, we will hop on the unique coracle boat, leisurely ride, and enjoy the calm life on both sides. Enjoy a cocktail under the sunset before transferring to Hoi An Old Town for dinner at Mango Mango (at your own expense).
DAY 3: HOIAN
FREE DAY AND LEISURE IN HOI AN

DAY 4: HOIAN
PRIVATE LIVE COOKING DEMONSTRATION WITH CHEF DUC AT HOME
Duration: 3 hours
A passionate and extremely talented chef with in-depth knowledge of the Hoi An food scene, Duc will take you on a culinary journey embracing a combination of refreshing flavors, beautiful presentations, and delicacies made from the finest and freshest ingredients in Vietnam. Join Duc for an intimate lunch and live cooking demonstration right at his home. Savor the great food and listen to Duc's legendary life adventure, from fleeing Vietnam as a boat person to studying engineering, and how he has become one of the greatest chefs in Hoi An.
DAY 5: HOIAN TO HANOI
HANOI ARRIVAL
Time to say goodbye to Hoi An! You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Da Nang airport by private vehicle for your onward flight. Upon arrival at the terminal, airport representatives will be on hand to expedite you through check-in and security processes before escorting you to the boarding gate.
Welcome to Northern Vietnam and to the country's capital city! You will be met right at the airplane's arrival gate by friendly Fast Track Service staff, have your luggage retrieved and carried, and be delivered to your Hanoi host waiting for you in the Arrival Hall. A private vehicle will be ready to take you to your hotel.
Depending on the time of arrival, enjoy the evening at leisure in your hotel or get ready to hit the ground running and dive into Vietnam's vibrant capital city.
EAT, DRINK HANOI
Duration: 4 hours
Grilled meats, fresh seafood, tangy salads and a cornucopia of sesame, garlic, cilantro, chilli and lime are just the starting point for one of Asia's darling cuisines. Today we'll enjoy an introduction to Vietnamese food and drink, the basic ingredients, various styles, and of course lots of sampling. Starting out on foot from our hotel in the old quarter, we'll make our way to one of the many fresh markets of Hanoi for a visual and sensory overload of produce. Sampling is key, and we'll make a couple of stops at cafés to experience a few bedrock culinary experiences: spring rolls, salad wraps and, of course, Vietnamese coffee.
We'll stretch out the walk, even peek into the Hanoi Hilton and then let loose on simply outstanding local cuisine. Lunch is a treat of local specialties vermicelli noodles with tender grilled pork, broth and herbs, fresh garlic and chilies.
DAY 6: HANOI
HANOI INSIDE OUT & BACKSTREETS ADVENTURE
Duration: 6 hours
Starting out from our hotel in the old quarter, we'll explore by cyclo with a standby van to go and see the Temple of Literature, the Parisian boulevards of the French Quarter and, if time permits, Ho Chi Minh's Museum complex and the historic Ba Dinh Square.
After lunch, we will switch the mean of transport to explore Hanoi on the back of vintage Soviet-era Minsk motorcycles, driven by our experienced drivers. We'll head into the narrow maze of winding, zigzagging back streets and alleyways where you'll have the opportunity to experience authentic, behind the scenes Hanoi.
DAY 7: VIETNAM - SEE YOU AGAIN!
Time to say goodbye to Vietnam! You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport for your onward flight. Upon arrival at the terminal, airport representatives will be on hand to expedite you through check-in and security processes before escorting you through customs and priority immigration to the boarding gate
