DAY 9 - HA LONG BAY

Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port, where the Grand Pioneers team will warmly welcome and assist with check-in. Step aboard and settle in at the Reception before being guided to your suite. A refreshing welcome drink awaits as the crew introduces the itinerary and safety guidelines. Soon after, indulge in a leisurely lunch at the panoramic dining venue by the bay, savoring refined dishes while cruising past limestone peaks and emerald waters.
In the afternoon, join the Grand Pioneers team for an excursion to Sung Sot Cave, one of Ha Long Bay's most breathtaking natural wonders. First discovered by French explorers in 1901, the cave reveals vast chambers adorned with stalactites and stalagmites shaped over millennia.
As the day softens into evening, head to the rooftop sky bar for golden hour. Sip on curated canapes and drinks while the sun sets across the bay, painting the limestone karsts in amber light. Dinner follows - a fusion of Western and Vietnamese flavors crafted to delight the senses.

At first light, step onto the sundeck to witness this magnificent sunrise over half an hour, the calm waters and gentle waves offering a perfect beginning. A short meditation session follows, inviting you to center yourself amid the bay's tranquil beauty.
Afterwards, enjoy a light breakfast in the restaurant before embarking on a morning excursion to Luon Cave. Accessible by bamboo boat, this hidden lagoon on Bo Hon Island reveals dramatic cliffs, emerald waters, and an atmosphere of peaceful seclusion - an enchanting finale to your Ha Long exploration.
By mid-morning, return to the cruise to settle your check-out formalities while your luggage is collected. A leisurely brunch buffet is then served as the Grand Pioneers sails back toward the harbor, allowing time to savor both the cuisine and the last sweeping views of the limestone seascape. Hanoi has been the Vietnamese capital since 1010 A.D., so there are endless stories to be told from within the city's bustling alleyways and diverse quarters. Today, we'll delve deep into Hanoi as we immerse ourselves in these tales.
Let's explore Hanoi in style today, using multiple modes of transportation. We'll start with a vintage sidecar ride, drifting through the must-see sights of the Old Quarter, then head to the West Lake area to visit some beautiful gardens and some of Vietnam's oldest Buddhist monasteries. We suggest visiting the Temple of Literature, strolling along the Parisian boulevards of the French Quarter, and, if you're up for it, exploring Ho Chi Minh's Museum complex and the historic Ba Dinh Square.
The sightseeing will be complemented by two essential Vietnamese experiences: slurping on a bowl of Noodle Soup (Pho) and sipping traditional Vietnamese iced coffee (Cafe Sua Da), or even trying egg coffee (Ca phe trung) - a unique and delicious drink that originated in Hanoi.
DAY 11 - GOODBYE VIETNAM
It's time to say goodbye to the vibrant energy and rich culture of Hanoi as you depart via Noi Bai Airport for your onward flight home.
